Shorthand and Typing Proficiency – Along with above mentioned education qualification candidate have 60 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand and have 30 words per minute in Hindi Typing on Computer. Other Preferential – Candidate have CCC Computer Certificate from NIELIT. Office Assistant – Candidate have Bachelor Degree in Commerce from any recognized university. Typing Proficiency – Along with above mentioned education qualification Candidate have 30 words per minute Hindi Typing Speed on Computer. Other Preferential- Candidate have CCC Computer Certificate from DOEACC.
