Educational Qualification – Candidates having Degree in Food Technology and Dairy Technology and Biotechnology or Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/veterinary Science/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Masters in Chemistry/Degree in Medicine form any recognized University will be eligible for this recruitment.

Candidates having Equivalent any other Educational Qualification recognized by Central Government and had successfully completed training as specified by the Food Authority from approved institution will be eligible for this post.

Language Proficiency and Cultural Knowledge – Along with above mentioned educational qualification applicants having working knowledge of Hindi and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture will be eligible for this recruitment.

Note – Training Session will be organized for the selected candidates during probation period.
