Submission of Application Form – Candidates are required to take print out of Application Form in the prescribed format and along with required documents list they needed to send it on following address –

Candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh – Candidates need to send their Application Form to the Senior Registrar and Lucknow Bench before 27/08/2019 by registered post.
Other State Candidates – Candidates need to send their Application Form to the Registrar, High Court Judicature of Allahabad before 27/08/2019 by registered post.
